International Content Moderation Partners

SEKARI with our international partners have a team of 15 full time moderators. Our staff works on shifts with the number working dependent on the volume of content.

There is also 5 fully trained part time staff that are used when volumes are high which will easily allow for service levels to be maintained even if volumes increase rapidly.

An on-call manager will be available during all service hours and stringent quality and process controls will take place to monitor moderation including:

  • Consistency between moderators
  • Moderation turn-around times
  • Dealing with inappropriate content and escalation
